Resources Program
The pervasive issue of limited access to basic academic resources constitutes a barrier to educational equity, particularly impacting children in lower socio-economic backgrounds, such as those residing in orphanages and rural villages. Rooted in an interplay of economic challenges, meager infrastructure, and deep-seated social inequalities, this educational disparity manifests as a formidable hurdle in the developmental trajectory of these children. Orphanages, often grappling with financial constraints, struggle to provide essential learning tools like pencils and notebooks, leaving children without the fundamental resources crucial for their educational journey.
This is an initiative in which we work to with orphanages and villages across the world to ensure kids have access to basic resources. While we do try to prioritize academic resources, we realize that kids often also lack access to basic resources, such as shampoo, deodorant, etc. which are necessary in order for children to focus on school. Therefore, we do our best to buy the resources most helpful for the children to ensure they can focus on their academics.
