Impact in Tanzania

We work with the COME to Africa Foundation in Tanzania to donate supplies to kids in orphanages.

COME to Africa Foundation is based in Arusha and operates to help improve Tanzania. Their various efforts include Hospital (Mt. Meru hospital & Kaloleleni), School (Good Hope, Barbara, Sombetini secondary), Special Needs (Uhuru, Meru, Kaloleni, Makumbusho), Music & Art (Good Hope Primary School).

If you would like to contact or volunteer with them contact: info@cometoafrica.org

Our packages have been distributed over 250 kids in the foundation, with 52 of them being orphans. A picture of the orphans is shown below.

Our packages for COME Africa include both stationery and daily items such as shampoo, conditioner, and more. Our products have been used by over 250 students in the COME foundation, significantly improving their daily lives.

The packages we sent are designed to ensure that the children can focus on their education without worrying about basic needs. Educational materials we provide, such as notebooks, pens, pencils, and textbooks, equip the children with the necessary tools to succeed in their studies. Education is a powerful vehicle for breaking the cycle of poverty, and by ensuring these children have access to quality educational resources, we empower them to dream big and achieve their goals. The children can focus better on their studies without the distraction of missing or inadequate supplies, thereby improving their academic performance and increasing their chances of a brighter future.

Our packages include essential hygiene products like shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toothpaste. These items are vital for maintaining good health and hygiene, which directly affects the children's well-being and attendance at school. Good hygiene practices can prevent a range of illnesses, reducing the number of sick days and allowing the children to participate more consistently in their education.

Future Plans

We aim to expand our reach to more orphanages across Tanzania, ensuring that even more children receive the support they need.

Upcoming projects include a new initiative to provide digital learning tools and resources to enhance educational opportunities.
